We will always take the time to do work right the first time, and to continually improve the processes and procedures that allow us to work efficiently in accordance with all applicable codes and standards, and with utmost regard to the quality requested from us.
Midwest takes pride in a culture of every employee having not just the right, but the obligation to ask questions at every level so that it becomes clear to all what is required of specific work requests.
In order to demonstrate what we have done, it is also necessary to accurately complete documentation that indicates activities, durations, materials and procedures that we have followed.
Completion and communication of that documentation is mandatory for all work activities.
